Why there was a need to innovate
NTIPL proposed a 4 X 4 video wall i.e. a total of 16 screens. The purpose of this innovation in the corporate area was to Deliver engaging, interactive multimedia presentations. Collaborate with remote colleagues and share information site-to-site. Create a high-impact digital canvas to reinforce brand identity and welcome visitors.
What were the challenges faced during the resolution of the complication
There were two types of installation one is hardware installation and one is software installation. At the time of software installation, the software was not supporting the run out content and it was taking too much time to resolve because of the approval dependency from the OEM.
How was the issue/complication resolved
The customer was escalating as they were on a tight schedule. After careful deliberations, we came to an agreement that this issue needed more time to be resolved.
Conclusion
As per the requirement of the customer, we were able to install the 4 x 4 Video wall in the corporate area and thus the employees are now able to watch all the informative presentations on a single high-quality display. Also, the requirement of entertainment for the employees is now sorted as the business broadcasts certain sports on the video wall.
