THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR ACCEPTANCE

The website www.netlabindia.com is owned, operated, and provided by Network Techlab (I) Pvt. Ltd. (“NTIPL”) from its offices in Andheri, Mumbai, India. The websites of NTIPL’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies are each owned, operated and provided by such subsidiaries and companies. However, these Terms will govern the use of any NTIPL affiliated company website that links to these Terms.

You agree to these terms by accessing or using any of the content, tools products or services, websites and mobile applications provided by this website, our mobile applications, and any information, tools, services available from the websites and mobile applications (collectively, “Services”). If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms, including our Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference, do not access or use the Services. This agreement requires the use of binding arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions, and also limits the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute.

OUR SERVICES

Our Services are provided for your personal information and non-commercial use. There will be occasions our Services may be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance or upgrades, emergency repairs, failure of telecommunications links and/or equipment, or similar occurrences.

The use of any such Materials on any other website or networked computer or environment without our express written consent is prohibited. USER SUBMISSIONS

You are responsible for any content you submit, post or display (e.g., images, photographs, graphics, audio, video, text, information, works of authorship, applications, links, and other communications, content or materials) (collectively, “User Submissions”), including, but not limited to, any damages resulting from any infringement of copyright, patent, trademark, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission.

We may, but have no obligation to, at any time, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, remove, edit, block, and/or monitor User Submissions or terminate a User’s access for submitting such material in violation of these Terms.

This Site may allow for a “live chat” feature. In that case, any communication that you have or content that you submit via the live chat feature is considered to be a “User Submission.” In particular, we do not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any live chat.

Authenticity

NTIPL shall not be responsiblefor the authenticity of the personal information supplied to it by its service providers, whose duty it is to ensure that the information provided by it or its employees is authentic.
The information, material or services included in or available through this site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the site/services and to the information therein. NTIPL and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the site/services at any time. Advice received via this site should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal or financial decisions and you should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to your situation.

You specifically agree that NTIPL shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through this site. You specifically agree that NTIPL is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another’s rights, including intellectual property rights. UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS POLICY

NTIPL appreciates and values comments and input regarding our products, services, and solutions. For clarity, and in order to discuss any ideas that you may have regarding technology or technical improvements to our products, services, or solutions, it is important that you, prior to submission of your ideas and information, understand and agree in writing to NTIPL’s conditions for evaluation of such ideas and information before any evaluation by, or discussions with, NTIPL occurs. Anti-Spam policy

NTIPL recognizes the receipt, transmission or distribution of spam emails (i.e. unsolicited bulk emails) as a major concern and has taken reasonable measures to minimize the transmission and effect of spam emails in our computing environment. All emails received by NTIPL are subject to spam check. Any email identified as spam will be rejected with sufficient information to the sender for taking necessary action. With this measure, along with other technical spam reduction measures, NTIPL hopes to minimize the effect of spam emails. NTIPL reserves the right to reject and/or report any suspicious spam emails, to the authorities concerned, for necessary action.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND LINKED SITES

When using our Services, you may be exposed to User Submissions submitted, posted or displayed by users from a variety of sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights relating to such user posted content. PERMISSION TO USE NTIPL DOCUMENTS

Permission to use NTIPL owned white papers, press releases, datasheets, specification documents, FAQs, etc. (“Documents”) from the websites of NTIPL is granted, provided that (1) the below copyright notice appears in all copies and that both the copyright notice and this permission notice appear, (2) use of such Documents from the Services is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media, and (3) no modifications of any Documents are made.
