The company manufactures a wide range of specialty chemicals for the electrical insulation and construction industries.

What was the issue?

The company was having 3 offices in the same compound and was using an old traditional system which was placed at their one office and raiser cable was pulled from office 1 to 2 and 1 to 3, which was damaged due to atmospheric conditions and was quite old. Also, they wanted to add additional extensions in their current infrastructure to ease the communication.

The old system which they were using was incurring a high cost for them so they needed a cost-effective solution.

How was the issue/complication resolve?

Network Techlab provided them with the EPABX solutions, in which PRI was implemented at the single location and inter calling between buildings was done through the VPN tunnel, which saved their recurring cost and they got single number outgoing. Also, they got additional features of softphone with a single operator console for all the three buildings.
