Starbucks was established in 1971. They were known for the roaster and retailer of whole bean and ground coffee, tea and spices with a single store in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. Starbucks now has number of cafes and are privileged to connect with millions of customers every day in 76 markets. Starbucks Café have always believed in serving the best coffee possible and now are a neighborhood gathering place for meeting friends and family, they enjoy quality service, an inviting atmosphere and an exceptional beverage in more than 28,000 stores and two immersive Starbucks Reserve™ Roastery locations.

Starbucks had opened a Café at the Mumbai International Airport. The Paper Printed Kiosk shall give the information as static and plus every time there would be a challenge of arranging the content with various permissions and formalities, leading to delay and making it less attractive. Apart from that the manpower at the Airport would also be limited. To avoid the hassle of arrangement of content, regularly changing the content manually and also not being visible from far against the digital screens around, a solution was been demanded.

Why there was a need to innovate?
Digital Kiosk can be the best way to have the contents changed centrally leading to save in efforts & time, bringing convenience. More than one content can be shared leading to sharing of more information in a pre – scheduled manner. Digital Kiosk helps in getting visible from far distance and catches attention. It acts as an attractive Marketing Tool.

Due to the use of Digital Kiosk, Client is contended and satisfied as it is saving its time and effort, more contents could be shared and could be controlled centrally with ease. This brings in internal cost saving and better business due to better visibility and attention.
