The successful operation of modern flight simulators hinges on a precisely controlled environment and a stable electrical infrastructure. Unlike a typical office, flight simulators and their supporting equipment generate significant heat and demand a continuous, clean power supply free from fluctuations. Any disruption in power or deviation in temperature could compromise training, damage expensive equipment, or halt operations. The central challenge was to design and deploy a solution that guaranteed:
