Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System

At Network Techlab, we ensure that your Data Center has the required Air Conditioning equipment to adequately cool the systems. Our Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System is designed to achieve the environmental requirements in a Data Center and in IT Infrastructures.

As the Data Centers are operational 24/7, they can consume a vast amount of electricity and as this electricity is used to power the servers and process all the data, it generates a lot of heat. This heat needs to be removed otherwise the electrical components will overheat and fail or even catch fire. This develops the need for proper Heating, Ventilation and Air Cooling of the Data Centers and of any IT Infrastructures.

Depending on outdoor conditions, the outdoor air is drawn into the buildings and heated or cooled before it is distributed into the occupied spaces, then it is exhausted to the ambient air or reused in the system. The selection of HVAC systems in a given infrastructure will depend on the climate, its age, individual preferences of the owner and a designer of a project, the project budget and the architectural design of the buildings.

HVAC systems can be classified according to the necessary processes and distribution process. The required processes include the heating process, the cooling process and the ventilation process. Other processes can be added such as humidification and dehumidification process. These processes can be achieved by using suitable HVAC equipment such as heating systems, air-conditioning systems, ventilation fans and dehumidifiers. The HVAC systems need the distribution system to deliver the required amount of air with the desired environmental condition. The distribution system mainly varies according to the refrigerant type and the delivery method such as air handling equipment, fan coils, air ducts and water pipes.

Key Benefits

HVAC systems are more used in different types of buildings such as Industrial, Commercial, IT Infra and Institutional buildings. The main mission of the HVAC system is to satisfy the thermal comfort of occupants by adjusting and changing the outdoor air conditions to the desired conditions of occupied buildings

fig. Working of HVAC System in Data Center

At NTIPL, we understand that the HVAC system is one of the most prominent needs in every Data Center. With multiple servers running at the same time, these machines generate an enormous amount of heat. If conditions are too hot, the servers may not work properly and the same applies if the temperature is too low. Our Data Center experts visit your infrastructure and their efficient knowledge and consultancy helps you to understand this need and thus we design a solution for the smooth and uninterrupted functioning of your Data Centers and your Infrastructure

We are elated to announce that we have entered the 25th Year of Business Excellence this year.

We deeply thank all our OEM’s and Clients for having trust in us and our Network family to stand headstrong for serving with the finest quality service.

With each passing year, we will definitely scale new heights.
